Event Manager

SOS Party is expanding its on-ground operations team and we are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Event Manager cum Client Relations professional who thrives in live environments, handles pressure with confidence, and takes pride in delivering flawless corporate events.

This is not a desk job. This is a front-line leadership role for someone who understands that great events are built on discipline, ownership, and speed.

Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Corporate Events
Salary: INR 32,000 to 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Material sourcing and procurement for events
• End-to-end vendor coordination and negotiation
• Handling client meetings and on-ground coordination
• Managing production setups and live event execution
• Traveling to different cities for event deployments
• Ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and issue resolution on site
