Core responsibilities

• Event planning: Conceptualize and plan all event aspects, from themes to logistics.
• Client and vendor management: Meet with clients to understand their needs, and negotiate and coordinate with vendors for services like catering, decor, and entertainment.
• Budget management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Logistics and coordination: Handle all on-site logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, and managing event staff and volunteers.
• Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance.
• Problem-solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise before or during the event.
• Post-event evaluation: Conduct follow-up activities, gather feedback, and analyze event success.
