Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for an Event Manager at PALASH EVENTS. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing luxury fashion and lifestyle exhibitions. Key responsibilities include liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors, managing event budgets and timelines, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of events. This role will also involve resolving issues promptly, maintaining event quality standards, and fostering strong professional relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications Event planning, project management, and organizational skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure Experience managing budgets, logistics, and timelines effectively Proficiency in event management tools and software is a plus Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to changing priorities A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in planning and managing luxury or lifestyle events is preferred .
