Event Management Internship in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for events such as venue selection, vendor management, and guest coordination.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Help in creating event budgets and tracking expenses using MS-Excel.
• Assist in the on-site management of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for each event.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.
• Maintain a high level of English proficiency (spoken) to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
