Event IP(Lead-Product & Marketing)

You will be joining our team as a Lead-Product & Marketing, playing a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision for our event intellectual properties (IP) across both B2B and B2C segments. With 8-10 years of experience in event IP concept and strategy development, you will focus on maximizing revenue potential through strong partnerships with sales teams. As a part of Times Experience, BCCL's experiential marketing business, you will lead the creation and execution of innovative experiential solutions and business conclaves. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative event IP concepts, redesigning existing IPs for enhanced revenue, collaborating with various teams for new impactful IPs, identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, and defining clear value propositions for all event IPs. Your role will also involve partnering with sales teams to create bespoke IPs and experiential solutions, supporting them with compelling pitch decks, conducting market analysis, refining IP strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback, and serving as a bridge between brand teams and sales teams. Your deep understanding of event IP development, audience engagement strategies, and marketing monetization, along with exceptional communication skills, analytical mindset, and strong collaboration abilities will be vital for this position. An educational background in B.Com/MBA/Diploma in Events, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience, is required for this role.,
