Event Executive

We are looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Event Management Executive / Intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real events, client interactions, and creative planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
• Help in ideation, theme planning, and event styling concepts
• Support on-site event setup and management
• Handle basic documentation, timelines, and checklists
• Assist with social media coordination and content ideas (if required)

Requirements

• Passion for events, creativity, and hospitality
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours during events
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace/Canva
• Event management or hospitality background is a plus (not mandatory)
