Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Event Designer. The Event Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning event designs while coordinating event planning and management. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design themes, collaborating with clients to understand their vision, managing logistics, working with vendors, and supporting the execution of events. The Event Designer will also contribute to sales efforts by presenting design proposals and solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Designing, Event Planning, and Event Management to ensure seamless and creative execution of events
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience and skills in Sales to present design proposals and secure client projects
• Hands-on problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail
• Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the event industry and a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
