Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Event Coordinator (Real Estate) –

Develop and implement the annual event strategy with innovative, real estate-focused campaigns.
Plan and execute internal and external events including project launches, property expos, site walkthroughs, and high-profile ceremonies.
Lead the creative direction, branding, and digital enhancements for immersive event experiences.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, design) and external vendors to ensure smooth, cost-effective execution.
Manage all event logistics including budgeting, legal compliance, permits, staffing, venue setup, hospitality, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to develop and disseminate promotional materials.
Handle post-event operations such as venue wrap-up, feedback collection, performance analysis, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients to encourage event participation.
Contribute strategic input to improve future events, explore new formats, and support company-wide initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
