Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Event Coordinator to support our team in planning and executing events. The role requires a candidate with a valid driving license and experience in handling both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles for event logistics and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day coordination and execution of events.
• Handle on-ground logistics, including vendor coordination, material pickup/drop, and site visits.
• Support the event team in setup, dismantling, and smooth operations.
• Manage transportation of event materials using 2-wheeler/4-wheeler as required.
• Ensure timely delivery of items and proper communication with vendors/clients.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the event team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or operations (freshers with driving experience can also apply).
• Valid driving license for 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of event setups and logistics.
• Problem-solving attitude and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,352.83 - ₹35,778.62 per month
