Event Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Associate (GRA) to manage front-desk operations at our gaming and co-working centre. The GRA will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and enjoyable experience for gamers, co-working members, and visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests at the centre with a warm and professional approach
• Explain gaming activities, co-working plans, memberships, packages, and ongoing offers
• Handle walk-ins, bookings, registrations, and member queries
• Manage check-ins/check-outs for gaming sessions and co-working users
• Coordinate with operations, gaming staff, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service
• Upsell gaming packages, memberships, food & beverage offerings, and events
• Maintain front-desk records, daily sales entries, and basic reports
• Ensure adherence to centre policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards
• Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when required
• Support event days, tournaments, parties, and corporate bookings
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk and guest areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in guest handelling.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to come up with innovative ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
