Event Co-ordinator

As an events coordinator assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to event planners. Your tasks will include vendor coordination, handling event marketing materials, and assisting with event setup and tear down. Your key responsibilities will involve assisting in vendor coordination by finding, contacting, and coordinating with vendors such as caterers and venue staff. You will also provide logistical support by conducting venue research, booking venues, and managing event schedules. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of event marketing materials like flyers and emails. Furthermore, you will be required to help with event setup and tear down to ensure a smooth and organized environment for the events. Your role will also involve maintaining event documentation, managing budgets, tracking expenses, independently resolving minor issues, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with vendors, event staff, and clients. This position offers job types including full-time, internship, and contractual/temporary roles with a contract length of 12 months.
