Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event BTL Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Event BTL Executive will be responsible for planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring all promotional activities align with brand guidelines. The role also involves creating detailed event reports and handling budget allocations.

• Experience in BTL Marketing campaigns
• Strong Vendor and Client Coordination abilities
• Budget Management and Reporting skills
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
