Better works HR is looking for a event and marketing backend candidate for marketing company in Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Event Assistant. The Event Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The Event Assistant will also handle administrative tasks related to event management and provide support to the Event Manager as needed.

Back-end Executives

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Making creative presentations on canva or pptx,

- creating & brainstorming idea for a brands picht

- Maintaining data and calender of VP

- Follow up with clients after VP

- Doing cold calls to list of clients to be tapped by VP

- Addressing and Making excelsheets on daily reports of the marketing team & VP

- clients follow up on zone wise

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Organization Skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
