Event Assistant

Almost Famous is a culture-first creative agency that lives for big ideas you can actually walk into. From F&B pop-ups to AlcoBev launches and fintech spectacles, our Events & Experiences team turns brands into worlds people remember.

What You'll Do

• On-Ground Ops:

  Shadow and support our producers during live events, pop-ups, and brand activations—fabrication, staging, tech, the whole shebang.

• Curation & Planning:

  Help research venues, scout vendors, and source the right artists/performers/partners to fit each concept.

• Vendor Coordination:

  Learn how to brief, negotiate, and manage fabricators, printers, and AV teams so setups stay on time and on budget.

• Creative Support:

  Work with design and strategy to translate moodboards and decks into real-world builds and experiences.

• Show-Time Troubleshooting:

  Assist with quick problem-solving on ground so the event runs like it’s meant to—smooth and unforgettable.

What We're After

Someone who thrives in organised chaos: a sharp eye for detail, a cool head when timelines get wild, and the curiosity to understand everything from stage trussing to scent branding. Event experience is a plus but not a must; a love for live culture, great communication skills, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset are non-negotiable.

• Location:

  Hybrid, Gurgaon (field work during events)

• Timing:

  10 AM – 7 PM (flexible), Mon–Fri; occasional evening/weekend work during live gigs

• Duration:

  3–6 months

• Stipend:

  ₹7,500 / month + On Ground Incentives
