EV Charger Maintenance - Senior Executive

GreenCell Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled EV Charger Maintenance - Senior Executive to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing chargers across all company hubs, ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to our commitment to sustainable electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair & Maintenance:

  Perform comprehensive repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV chargers and associated electrical charging infrastructure.

• Daily Operations Management:

  Handle the daily operational activities of all Electric Vehicle Charging Hubs belonging to GreenCell Mobility.

• Issue Resolution:

  Attend to and promptly resolve technical or other operational issues across all charging locations.

• Reporting & Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records and report daily operational details and charging usage data.

• CMS System Utilization:

  Effectively use the CMS (Charging Management System) based operations system for national operations oversight.

• Scheduled Maintenance Coordination:

  Coordinate with the Fleet Operation team for timely scheduled maintenance of chargers.

• Supplier Coordination:

  Liaise with suppliers for monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities on charging equipment.

• Team Handling:

  Possess the ability to effectively manage a small team (3-4 persons) for maintenance and operations tasks.

• Remote Location Coordination:

  Coordinate with remote location teams for maintenance and operational support.

• Site Safety Management:

  Ability to manage and ensure safety at the charging sites, including specific charger safety protocols.

• Travel Readiness:

  Be prepared to travel to other charging locations of the company as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of EV Charger Operation Cycles, Charger Bill of Quantity (BOQ) details, and various Charger Standards.
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance practices for EV chargers.
• Deep understanding and adherence to safety protocols for DC High-Speed Chargers.
