EUC Ops Analyst

Job Description

As an EUC Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end-user computing operations, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with IT teams to address user issues, manage incidents, and improve processes. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively. Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions and upgrades. Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system; maintain knowledge base articles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline operations. Participate in on-call support rotation as required. What we look for Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user computing support or related field. Proficient in Windows operating systems and common desktop applications. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
