Job Description

The ideal candidate for the position of EUC Architect should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years at an Architect level, preferably in the resource/manufacturing sector. A key requirement for this role is excellent experience in writing RFPs on Technical and creating Solution Architecture. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of operating and supporting EUC technologies in a large, multi-national enterprise. Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to project solutions effectively using PowerPoint. A good understanding of ITIL and related processes is preferred, as well as an awareness of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. In terms of technical skills, the ideal candidate should have architectural knowledge and experience in creating High Level Designs and reviewing Low Level Designs prepared by engineering SMEs. Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (including Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune, and SCCM), Virtual Desktop Solutions (such as Citrix, AVD, VMware), and Messaging & Collaboration suite (Microsoft & Google) is required. Furthermore, knowledge in Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM), enterprise cloud platforms, project timelines development, budget planning, and creating bill of materials from High Level Designs are important aspects of this role. Familiarity with O365/M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and EUC security products (such as Antivirus, Malware protection, email threat detection, Data Loss Prevention, Rights Management, and SIEM solutions) will be advantageous for the candidate. Overall, the EUC Architect role requires a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-national enterprise environment.,
