About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate and Internal Communications Project Manager to join our European team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and a proven track record in both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communications projects across multiple European markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and implement communication activities that align with the Europe strategic communication plan and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and quality across internal and external communication activities.

Internal Communication

• Define and manage the internal communications calendar for the European region.
• Lead content development and coordination for internal channels such as the monthly Europe Newsletter, Synapse, and the Europe Town Hall.
• Collect stories, write articles, create basic graphics, and manage the approval process for internal content.

External Communication

• Develop and manage the social media calendar for Europe, including content development, and oversee the approval process.
• Support communication efforts monitoring media and social media landscapes, and tracking corporate events and stakeholder activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Broad experience in both internal and external communications.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding/ keen eye for detail (clarity, tone, data and compliance)
