Job Purpose

Deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions through comprehensive ETL testing and validation across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build test frameworks to validate end-to-end ETL processes.
Review requirements and translate them into functional & technical test cases.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated & manual test scripts.
Perform statistical tests on large datasets ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance.
Collaborate with database developers to improve data collection & storage processes.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing standards & practices.
Maintain multiple QA environments and ensure compliance with policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in
ETL Testing
and
MS SQL Server
(Advanced).
Experience with
Informatica, Snowflake, AWS/Azure
(preferred).
Exposure to
TFS, JIRA, Confluence
.
Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Strong data analysis, log analysis & performance testing knowledge.
Prior
lead-level experience
preferred.
Knowledge of financial/mortgage domain is a plus.
