ETL Lead

As an experienced professional with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, you will be accountable for delivering the Informatica ETL capabilities required by the business functions. Your role will involve understanding specs, user stories, and product planning docs related to ETL implementation, converting business requirements into technical specifications, and determining timelines for completion. Your hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter/ICS is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse current ETL processes and design new systems - Develop, test, and deploy ETL processes - Collaborate with users and team members for performance improvement and suggestions - Implement best practices for key data elements and processes - Identify, analyze root causes, prioritize, plan remediation, and execute activities for data issues - Contribute to the development and maintenance of technologies automating data processes - Possess good knowledge of Databases (SQL/PLSQL) - Unix knowledge is considered advantageous In addition to technical skills in Informatica PowerCenter/ICS, you are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, be a team player, and work collaboratively.
