About the Role:

ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
ETL processes
for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources into target systems (data warehouses, data marts, or data lakes).
Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective data integration solutions.
Optimize ETL jobs for
performance, reliability, and scalability
.
Ensure
data quality, consistency, and accuracy
across all systems.
Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Develop and maintain
data pipelines
, schedules, and dependencies.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ETL job failures or performance bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
cloud-based ETL tools
(AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Dataflow, Snowflake, Databricks).
Knowledge of
Python, Shell scripting, or Scala
for data transformation and automation.
Exposure to
big data technologies
(Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka).
Understanding of
data governance, data security, and compliance practices
