We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer (Python) to join our dynamic data team. As an ETL Developer, you will play a vital role in shaping how we utilize data, ensuring accurate and timely downstream decision-making through robust data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain scalable ETL processes using Python to extract data from various operational systems Transform raw data into meaningful formats that meet the business requirements, applying quality checks throughout the process Load data into databases and data warehouses, optimizing the performance of queries and storage solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data needs and implement solutions that drive operational excellence Execute performance tuning, error resolution, and troubleshooting of ETL pipelines to ensure efficient operation Document all ETL processes and data workflows, providing clear communication to stakeholders Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in data integration and management Compensation: $5-$7 an hour paid bi-weekly.
