JOB POSITION
Associate Architect
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance ETL solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
- Define and maintain data architecture standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Optimize existing ETL pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data flows.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of ETL tools and technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers.
- Document data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Good to have experience on Snowflake and Oracle
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor s degree
EXPERIENCE
- Must have good knowledge on Provider systems.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
- Strong expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, SSIS, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must have good business communication skills.
