Job Description

About the Role:

Ethical Hacker Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions on
Ethical Hacking
,
Penetration Testing
, and related topics.
Teach courses aligned with certifications like
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
,
CompTIA PenTest+
, or
OSCP
.
Conduct hands-on lab sessions using real-world tools, attack scenarios, and virtual environments.

Curriculum Design & Development:

Develop or enhance training materials, including slides, labs, quizzes, and assignments.
Customize content to suit different audiences corporate teams, university students, or individual learners.
Stay current with evolving cyber threats and update course materials accordingly.

Assessment & Certification Prep:

Create and evaluate assignments, tests, and practical exercises to track learner progress.
Provide guidance and support to help learners prepare for and pass industry certifications.
Offer personalized feedback and mentorship when required..

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications
such as:

CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+/PenTest+, GIAC GPEN, or similar

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
Exposure to Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions, bug bounty programs, or cyber range environments.
Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
