This is a full-time role for an Estimator at THOMAR Interiors, located in Kochi. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and managing budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. Estimator want to prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimtes for our interior fit out projects using CAD software and Excel skills also give the Quantity Estimation from the drawings Material Reconciliation. The Estimator will need to keep up-to-date with material costs and industry trends to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
