Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation/Billing Engineer (Civil) to manage the preparation of project cost estimates, BOQs, and client/vendor billing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction project costing, contracts, and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design layouts, construction drawings, and detailed sections using software.
• Assist in civil structure design, including foundations, slabs, beams, and columns.
• Create detailed quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
• Develop project cost estimates in line with industry standards and applicable codes.
• Revise designs and quantities based on site feedback, design changes, or project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment between design and execution.
• Support in preparing technical documentation, tender packages, and bid evaluations.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1-3 years’ experience in estimation and billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
