Estimation Engineer – Interior Design Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior design projects.
• Study project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labour, and time costs.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand scope and technical details.
• Source and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for materials, fittings, and finishes to obtain competitive prices.
• Maintain updated price lists for materials, labour, and subcontractors.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and analyse client inquiries, tender documents, and project proposals.
• Prepare comparison sheets for supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective options.
• Support the sales and project teams by providing timely and accurate cost-related data.
• Monitor project variations and update estimates accordingly.
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards, quality, and profitability targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
