Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Kochi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), accurately estimating project costs, and collaborating with team members for effective project planning. The role includes evaluating project requirements, conducting research, and engaging in negotiations with vendors and stakeholders to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and expertise in Project Estimation
• Background in Civil Engineering with strong understanding of project planning
• Ability to conduct thorough Research and apply analytical skills to support project goals
• Strong Negotiation skills and capability to liaise effectively with vendors and stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation and planning is an advantage
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
