This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Kochi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), providing project estimation, and conducting research for accurate cost assessments. The role will also involve negotiating with suppliers and working closely with civil engineering teams to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
1. Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior estimation / fit-out projects
2. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and material costing
3. Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
4. Knowledge of residential and commercial interior finishes
5. Ability to coordinate with design and site teams
6. Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing
