Estimation & Billing Engineer Civil

Job description

1) Manage the estimation and budgeting process for civil engineering projects, ranging from Commercial Buildings, Steel Buildings, Warehouses , Multi storied Buildings etc
2) Detailed quantity take-offs, ensuring accurate project cost estimates.3) Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop construction schedules and manage project timelines.4) Prepared and evaluate tenders, effectively negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors to optimize project costs.5) Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget.6) Ensured compliance with local and national construction regulations and codes.7) Preparation of Work Order/Purchase Order and Correspondence.8) Site Bills of contractors technical Scrutiny.9) Preparation of Detail Project Report (DPR)10) Maintain weekly/monthly Progress Reports of sites.

Qualification- Btech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
