Estimation and Tender executive

Job Title: Cost and Estimation Officer Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for Cost estimation and Tendering project documentation and control, cost accounting, BOQ preparation, and supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost and Estimation Officer to join our team. The Applicant will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, preparing bids, and managing project expenses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads. 2. Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine costs. 3. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. 4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other Clients to ensure accurate cost estimation. 5. Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimization. 6. Maintain and update cost databases, including historical data and industry benchmarks. 7.
