Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works.
Conduct quantity surveying and estimation activities for MEP projects.
Develop rate analysis reports to determine project costs.
Create bills of quantities, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills.
Ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting for projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Billing & Contracts from Engineering Construction Industry.
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical field.
Strong knowledge of estimation software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit etc.
