Candidate preferably from retail background with minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, Billing and Contracts predominantly in Corporate Interiors / Retail fit out projects.

BE Civil

AutoCAD (Must)

To all retail stores across India based on the project requirement

Compensation:

• As Senior QS will assist Head Projects in the preparation and standardization BOQs for Civil Interior and other related packages
• Should be able to create detailed BOQs with line items and rate / sift & total cost post market & cost analysis.
• Should be able to provide preliminary project budget based previous BOQs or cost actuals for completed projects.
• Should be able to arrive on quantities & line item rates and arrive on the overall cost of Civil and Interior & other related packages from GFC drawings and documents shared by Architect.
• Should be able to certify the bill as per IS codes
• Should ne knowledge in Pre & Post contract Preparation of Documents.
• Should be able to understand the BOQ as per the Design.
• In coordination with senior MEP lead should be able arrive on the overall project cost based on MEP BOQs and Civil & other related packages.
• Should be able to travel to sites and evaluate site measurements for running/ final bills submitted
• In depth evaluation & certification of running and final bills submitted by contractors and process the payment for the same.
• Should be able to do vendor negotiations, follow up for material deliveries and provide necessary support to project execution team so as to ensure smooth completion of the project.
• Should be able to do project cost tracking for multiple projects at a time.
• Possess high integrity and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software and MS Office.
• Familiar with market rates of material to work on cost analysis
