Estimation Analyst

The Estimation Analyst at Alutec WLL plays a critical role in analyzing cost data and project specifications to ensure that all estimates are accurate and competitive. Working closely with the estimation team, you will review project requirements and utilize advanced data analysis techniques to forecast project costs. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing project specifications, requirements, and historical data to prepare accurate cost forecasts. You will review material costs, labor expenses, and other relevant factors to support the estimation process. Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques, you will identify cost trends and make recommendations for improving estimation accuracy. Collaboration with the procurement team to update pricing information and ensure accuracy in cost projections will be essential. Additionally, you will support the estimation manager and team in refining estimates and preparing final bid documents. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Prior experience in facade will be preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost analysis or estimation is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools and estimation software is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills, will be key to success in this position.,
