Estimation Analyst

As an Estimation Analyst at Alutec WLL, your role is crucial in analyzing cost data and project specifications to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of all estimates. You will work closely with the estimation team, reviewing project requirements, and utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to forecast project costs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project specifications, requirements, and historical data to prepare precise cost forecasts. - Review material costs, labor expenses, and other relevant factors to support the estimation process. - Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify cost trends and provide recommendations for enhancing estimation accuracy. - Collaborate with the procurement team to update pricing information and maintain precision in cost projections. - Assist the estimation manager and team in refining estimates and preparing final bid documents. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. - Prior experience in facade will be advantageous. - 3-5 years of experience in cost analysis or estimation. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and estimation software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.,
