Estate Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of residential/commercial properties and development sites.

Handle property maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and facility management.

Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and renewals.

Ensure statutory compliance (property taxes, municipal regulations, legal documentation).

Conduct periodic property inspections and prepare status reports.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and smooth operations.

Implement safety, security, and environmental standards across properties.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Strong knowledge of property laws, lease management, and municipal regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• real estate, property, or estate management : 3 years (Preferred)
