ESG - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst - ESG & Sustainability, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of sustainability strategies to drive the organization's ESG objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and documenting ESG-related data and metrics. - Collaborating with internal teams to translate sustainability needs into actionable business solutions. - Supporting ESG reporting and compliance efforts to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Conducting data analysis to track the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. - Developing presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key ESG insights to stakeholders. - Researching industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulations related to ESG and sustainability. - Assisting in the development and execution of sustainability-related projects and initiatives. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably focusing on ESG and sustainability. - Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, with the ability to present findings effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for sustainability and driving positive impact through business practices. - Knowledge of sustainability certifications, ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB). - Experience in sustainability consulting or a similar role. - Familiarity with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability goals. Additionally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field to be considered for this position.,
