ESG Analyst

As a Research Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve interacting with Client Stakeholders and providing highly integrated research support. This includes conducting pre-investment ESG due diligence and adhoc ESG research tasks such as reviewing sustainability reports, preparing sector/regulation writeups, creating slides, and maintaining backups. Additionally, you will assist in project planning, internal coordination for timely delivery of final outputs, and updating/maintaining clients' proprietary/ESG database. It is crucial to showcase a positive attitude, work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal guidance, and ideally have prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research. Moreover, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team member(s). Your key responsibilities will include: - Mapping companies by sector and conducting diligence based on their ESG disclosures and publicly available information - Demonstrating familiarity with the concept of materiality and ESG reporting standards like SASB, TCFD, etc. - Ensuring high-quality ESG research and exhibiting strong analytical capabilities for adhoc requests - Possessing strong written English and communication skills, along with proficiency in client relationship management Qualifications required for this position: - Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.)
