ERPNext Developer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Frappe / ERPNext Developer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, customizing, and supporting ERPNext solutions tailored to both internal operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext platform.
• Customize existing ERPNext modules to match specific business needs.
• Prepare technical documentation, including SOPs and user guides.
• Build custom applications, reports, dashboards, and scripts within ERPNext.
• Integrate ERPNext with external tools and services using REST APIs.
• Analyze and translate business processes into ERP workflows across modules such as Sales, Purchases, Inventory, HR, etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and resolve bugs.
• Participate in deployments and manage code through Git-based version control.
• Write server-side logic in Python and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Provide user support, training, and assistance during implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Jinja templating.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and a solid understanding of database design.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integrating external applications
• Familiarity with core ERP domains such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Proficency with bench, frappe commands, and custom scripting.
• Strong command of Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ERPNext in production environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and Linux-based server setups.
• ERPNext certifications or notable involvement in open-source communities.
• Contributions to the Frappe/ERPNext ecosystem.
