As an ERPNext Developer at our company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, and implementing ERPNext solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborating closely with functional teams, end-users, and management, you will deliver high-quality ERP solutions that optimize business processes. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing ERPNext modules based on business requirements. You will be tasked with developing custom apps, scripts, and integrations using Python and Frappe Framework, as well as creating custom fields, scripts, reports, and print formats within ERPNext. Your role will involve developing and maintaining RESTful APIs for integrations with third-party applications, troubleshooting ERPNext-related issues, and participating in requirement gathering, analysis, and technical design discussions. Additionally, you will manage ERPNext upgrades, migrations, and version control, while preparing documentation for custom developments, configurations, and user manuals. Providing training and technical support to users and internal teams will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 2 - 5 years of experience working with ERPNext and Frappe Framework. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja templating is essential, along with experience in database management (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL). A strong understanding of ERPNext architecture, DocTypes, Workflows, and Role Permissions is required. Experience in developing REST APIs and integrating ERPNext with other systems, knowledge of Git version control and software development best practices, and good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also important. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role. It would be advantageous to have experience with ERPNext cloud deployments and server management, knowledge of accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or CRM modules in ERPNext, exposure to Docker or other containerization technologies, and prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
