ERP Software Support

As an ERP Software Support at Unnati Informatics, your role involves providing timely and effective technical support to customers via email, phone, or ticketing system. You will be responsible for communicating with programmers, handling client inquiries, and analyzing software issues to identify root causes and create solutions or workarounds. Additionally, you will guide customers through troubleshooting steps, maintain databases, and test new software updates to provide feedback for improvement. Reporting software bugs, gathering customer feedback, providing training on software features, and building strong client relationships are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely technical support to customers via email, phone, or ticketing system. - Communicate effectively with programmers and handle client inquiries. - Analyze software issues, identify root causes, and create solutions or workarounds. - Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and maintain databases. - Test new software updates, report bugs, and provide feedback for improvement. - Gather customer feedback on software usability, performance, and features. - Provide training on software features and build strong, long-term client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the software industry (Freshers can also apply). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software. - Understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Good grasping and explaining skills (Software training will be provided).
