We are currently seeking a ERP Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

ERP Project Manager:

Job Duties:
Oversee the ERP support function, including incident, problem, change, and release managementCoach team members in support process and activitiesIdentify areas for problem management and plan for implementationLead continuous improvement activities to reduce incidents, identify automation opportunities and drive innovationMentor tower leads to take complete ownership of tickets to provide timely incident resolution within SLAsEnsure project SLAs, KPIs targets are met. Ensure compliance to SOX process for changesPrepare project status reports, metrics and present to customer stakeholdersUnderstand customer business process. Drive ticket prioritization based on impact to customer businessCollaborate with IT and business stakeholdersMaintain accurate support documentation, runbooks and known error databaseRepresent as functional area representative for internal and external audits

Skills:
10+ years experience in ERP projects as functional consultant and 3+ years of experience as project managerExperience in managing ERP support in offshore / onshore model with SLA targetsManufacturing domain experienceExperience in Baan 5c / Infor LN (preferred) or other ERPs like SAP or OracleExcellent people and communication skillsDegree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
