As a ERP Pre-Sales Associate, you will be responsible in maintaining a healthy Sales Funnel with High Qualified Leads (HQL) . Prospects are at various stages of thought process when it comes to ERP decisions. For example, some of them already had gone through failed implementations. Hence, they will be more careful in evaluating a new vendor. While, the other may be wanting to go for new green filed implementation on a big bang approach.

Syscon offers ERP system with various features and functions. As a Sales consultant one need to clearly understand the prospects buying motive and accordingly move them through the evaluation process gently.

Responsibilities:

Data collection

E- Mailing and Calling

Scheduling for Discovery Calles and Demos

Helping the prospects on Free trials and Opting for paid plans.

Regular followup on all stages.

Achieving monthly and quarterly Sales pipeline targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience or similar role, preferably with experience in ERP software sales and implementation.

Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Availability to participate in training sessions and occasional meetings with Syscon Cronus team members.

Willing travel for client / industry association meetings, participating in the exhibitions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of Experience in the filed of Software Sales

MBA, BBA with Sales and Markating Specilisation will be preferred
