Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming leads received on

    HubSpot CRM

  • Connect with leads via

    WhatsApp campaigns, calls, and basic emails

  • Schedule

    one-on-one counselling sessions

    with the Counsellor
  • Ensure timely follow-ups so no lead is missed or delayed
  • Update lead status, notes, and communication details on

    HubSpot

  • Coordinate with counselling and operations teams for smooth handovers
  • Maintain polite, professional, and student-friendly communication at all times

Requirements

  • Basic to good

    English communication skills

    (spoken & written)
  • Comfortable making calls and chatting with leads on WhatsApp
  • Basic computer skills (CRM training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently in a

    work-from-home setup

  • Disciplined, responsive, and good at follow-ups
  • Prior experience in support, calling, or lead handling is a plus (not mandatory)
