Ferax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an ERP Implementation & Testing Engineer to manage customer handling, software demos, implementation, and testing for our ERP solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on technical ability, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer onboarding, demos, and training sessions.
• Provide ERP support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct functional testing and report bugs accurately.
• Work with MS SQL for data validation and configurations.
• Prepare and customize reports using Crystal Reports (additional skill).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to handle all types of customers confidently.
• Knowledge of MS SQL is mandatory; Crystal Reports is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP, billing, accounting, or related software preferred.
• B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/MCA graduates preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala (for male candidates).

Salary: Based on experience; stipend during training.
