Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Science — or equivalent professional experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning client requirements with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts through all project phases — from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Design and analyze new ERP solutions based on industry standards and client needs.
• Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing functional and technical support post-implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement within project teams for better process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and execute deployment communication plans, including “Go Live” strategies and post-implementation reviews.
