As an ERP Functional Consultant Intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding business processes, working closely with clients, and assisting in configuring and deploying ERP solutions to meet client requirements. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in business analysis, process mapping, ERP systems, and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in understanding client business processes, pain points, and requirements. - Support functional consultants in process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation. - Learn and assist in configuring ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, HR). - Help in preparing training materials, user manuals, and process documentation. - Support system testing, data migration, and user training activities. - Assist in analyzing and documenting gaps between standard ERP functionalities and client-specific requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical team, project managers, and clients) to ensure smooth implementation. - Learn to troubleshoot basic functional issues and provide user support under the guidance of senior consultants. Key Skills Required: - Basic understanding of business processes in areas like sales, purchase, inventory, finance, or manufacturing. - Interest in ERP systems, business analysis, and process optimization. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - (Preferred) Exposure to any ERP system like ERPNext, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc., is a plus. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields. - Strong interest in ERP consulting, functional analysis, and digital transformation projects.
