Candidate Qualifications & Expectations

• Education

  : B.E. (C.S)/B. Tech (C.S)/ M. Sc (IT)/ MCA / MBA

• Experience

  : 3 - 5 years as ERP Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in full life cycle ERP Implementation in manufacturing domain.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Understanding Business Requirements, Business Objectives and Expectations
• Preparing Requirement Documents, Identifying the Gaps, Design & Configure Solutions, Conducting Pilot Run, End-User Training
• Planning & Collaboration for ERP Implementation by adopting Project Management Best Practices

You should be well versed with:

• Requirement Gathering and Preparing Documents
• Problem Solving Techniques
• Business Process Mapping & ERP Configuration
• Conducting Design Discussions and Reviews
• Software Project Management Best Practices
• Conducting Meetings, Trainings, Presentations
