ERP Executive

Role Purpose

The ERP Executive will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting ERP operations at the factory level. The role ensures smooth functioning of all ERP modules related to production, inventory, procurement, quality, and dispatch, enabling accurate data entry, reporting, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Operations & Support
• Manage day-to-day ERP transactions across production, inventory, procurement, and dispatch modules.
• Provide first-level support to factory users and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry by end-users.
• Process Compliance & Monitoring
• Monitor adherence to ERP workflows as per company SOPs.
• Conduct audits of data entered in ERP to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports from ERP for factory management.
• Coordination & Training
• Coordinate with IT/ERP central team for system upgrades, bug fixes, or enhancements.
• Train factory staff on ERP usage, new features, and best practices.
• Act as a bridge between factory operations and corporate ERP/IT team.
• Data & Reporting
• Prepare dashboards for production, stock levels, material consumption, and dispatch.
• Ensure real-time availability of data for management decision-making.
• Support statutory and compliance reporting requirements via ERP.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally Prime / Customized ERP).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, quality, dispatch).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and training abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in ERP operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to factory/plant-level operations is desirable.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
