ERP Executive

You are required to join our team in Gurugram (Honda Chowk) as an ERP Executive with 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be managing, supporting, and maintaining ERP systems to ensure seamless operations across manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. You will collaborate with internal departments to understand system requirements, ensure data integrity, conduct end-user training, generate reports for decision-making, and assist in system upgrades and testing of ERP functionalities. To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. You should have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in ERP management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you should have knowledge of ERP software, data management, and system integrations, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key skills required for this role include ERP system administration, data management and reporting, troubleshooting, process improvement, and user support and training.
